This apartment bathroom renovation projects has taken place in North Melbourne , Australia. The process has started from preparing the bathroom design sketches through design concept paper in January 2017. The renovation plan of the bathroom has taken place in June 2017. Then, the renovation has been completed on November 2017.
Extravagant and luxurious apartment bathroom feel
The client has asked to create an extravagant and luxurious bathroom feel for a three bedroom house. After preparing the concept designs of bathroom renovations, the renovation plan of the bathroom had also been prepared. The renovation has started from resetting the plumbing system with new pipes, plumbing fixtures and fittings. The same time we have removed all old fixtures, tiles, shower and plaster. As as space was ready our electrical has placed new wirings and plugs because the bathroom design had also completed for that purpose of new lighting features.
After our professional tilers has started to prepare the floor with water resistant material or waterproofing. After the screeding or floor levering was completed we applied a waterproof top layer for tiling. Then we tilers have started to install all plumbing fixtures and tiles on the floor and walls. The finishing of bathroom renovation was done through tile grouting. The shower has been finished with a glass front door, new decorative wall tiles and the rest of the bathroom was completed with ceramic tiles.
Bathtub
In addition, the bathtub has been placed in a corner of the bathroom facing the garden in front. This way this room now has a spacious bathtub area with a splash of calm. The bathroom renovation project was finished for the client’s specifications completely.
After completing the bathroom renovation the client was very happy about the result.
